“I met Paula at the gym two days before the workshop was scheduled to happen. I saw the flyer but hadn't made up my mind to go. I talked to her a bit and mentioned that I couldn't attend. I also told her that I was studying and always had trouble achieving a decent deep sleep state. She got excited about the workshop and strongly recommended that I try it.

After some thought, I decided to join but went home a bit skeptical, not believing it would help me in any way.The day of the workshop arrived, and I was still doubtful. I understand that this practice is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. If l am pregnant or become pregnant please advise that the 4 week program breathing exercises are not suitable for pregnacy. If post-natal or post-surgical, I agree that I have my doctor's approval to participate.
