After some thought, I decided to join but went home a bit skeptical, not believing it would help me in any way.The day of the workshop arrived, and I was still doubtful. I went through the whole thing, learned a lot about correct breathing, but I was still not convinced. Yes, sometimes I find it hard to trust other people—who doesn't, right? So, I went home that day and did the exercises suggested before bed, still not believing it would work. To my surprise, I have never been so happy to be so wrong.I wear a smartwatch that has tracked my sleep for years, and it never showed me a fair night of sleep, ever.
